NOMATA POLICY FOR ADVANCING TEAMS

ADULT TEAMS ADVANCING TO SECTIONAL or NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

NOMATA reimburses player registration fees for New Orleans Adult area teams according to the following guidelines:

• The team played a local league or played their local league at the state championship tournament. NOMATA will not pay for teams that advance without local or state participation.
• NOMATA will reimburse registration fees for up to 11 players for 5 court leagues, 10 players for 4 court leagues and 8 players for 3 court leagues. Reimbursement check will be mailed directly to the captain listed on TennisLink. 
• Captains are responsible for notifying their New Orleans league coordinator when their team advances to a Sectional or National Tournament and forwarding a copy of the team’s registration form to the league coordinator.
• The league coordinator is responsible for verifying whether the team has won the State/Sectional Tournament or has been invited as a wildcard to the Sectional Tournament. The coordinator will then notify NOMATA to reimburse Sectional/National registration fees.
